Charlotte Flying Club at Gold Rush 24'
Aspiring Economic Analyst with a Passion for Aviation and Problem-Solving
Hi, my name is Sam Dauber. I'm about to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Business Economics, focusing on Economic Analysis, and a minor in History. I'm seeking opportunities in economic analysis or financial consulting because I enjoy using data to solve complex problems and support informed decision-making.
Recently, I've worked in roles that have strengthened my analytical and technical skills—such as my apprenticeship with Aviation Services Group, where I gained hands-on experience in planning and logistics within aircraft maintenance. My role as Club Founder, Treasurer, and now Club President for UNCC's Charlotte Flying Club has also helped me develop strong financial management skills, from budgeting to securing sponsorships, as well as planning and executing events.
I'm particularly interested in economic analysis in industries like aviation or technology, where data-driven decisions can lead to increased efficiency and impactful growth. My ultimate goal is to work in a position where I can apply my analytical skills to contribute to strategic planning and business development.
I'm looking for a position in economic analysis, finance, or consulting. Do you have any suggestions or advice on how I can further explore these opportunities? Feel free to leave a comment!
